Varban Iliev works actively for the preservation and promotion of Roma culture and traditions, encouraging intercultural understanding and respect between communities. He organizes cultural events, educational initiatives, and public campaigns aimed at overcoming stereotypes and building a positive public image.

A special priority in his work is the development of Roma youth – supporting young leaders, stimulating civic engagement, and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth.
