We had a meeting with Her Excellency Mrs. Eleonora Mitrofanova as part of the preparations for the World Roma Congress, which will take place in Sofia from October 29 to 31, 2026.
This meeting marks the beginning of a continuous dialogue with diplomatic missions, all EU member states, as well as partners such as China, India, and Pakistan, and UN structures, including the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva.
Our goal is clear – to build broad international support for the congress as a platform for unity, dialogue, and the protection of human rights.
To the global Roma diaspora and the already registered delegates: we continue with even greater responsibility and commitment. Sofia 2026 will be a place for a common voice, partnerships, and real results.
